Tunisian gastronomy continues to evolve, preserving its authentic Mediterranean heritage while embracing modern creativity and international culinary influences. The New Tunisian Cuisine reflects this philosophy by combining tradition with contemporary techniques, refined presentation, and innovative flavors.
The Savory Salmon Cheese Cake is a fine example of this modern culinary approach. This elegant no-bake appetizer combines a silky herb-infused cream cheese, delicate smoked salmon, crispy layers of savory crackers, and fresh garnishes to create a sophisticated dish with exceptional balance, texture, and visual appeal. It is an ideal choice for gourmet buffets, cocktail receptions, elegant brunches, and fine dining occasions.

Plating
Serve well chilled as an elegant gourmet appetizer for receptions, festive celebrations, cocktail events, or premium buffet presentations. It pairs beautifully with sparkling water infused with citrus or a crisp dry white wine.
Serving suggestion — Use full-fat cream cheese for the richest texture and flavor. The cream cheese and salmon mixtures can be prepared in advance, and lightly toasting the crackers adds extra crispness. Slice with a sharp knife, cleaning the blade between each cut for a perfect presentation.
