Today, with great emotion and sincere pride, we welcome the Comunidad Uruguaya de Chefs (CUC) into the international family of Tastynation Global. From the shores of the Mediterranean to the heart of South America, a new bridge is being built — one founded on friendship, respect, culture, and the universal language of food.

Uruguay is a nation rich in history, traditions, and culinary heritage. A country whose people honor their identity with pride and whose gastronomy tells stories passed from generation to generation. We extend our deepest gratitude to Chef Miguel Ángel Plada Maritán, President of the Comunidad Uruguaya de Chefs, and to all the members of the organization for embracing our vision and joining us on this extraordinary journey.
