Tastynation Global invests in its people.
For us, being a member of Tastynation Global is not limited to the recognition of a professional’s knowledge, experience, and contribution to gastronomy.
Our goal is to create real opportunities for growth for our members and to open new pathways that can take their professional careers even further.
With this philosophy, we are introducing Tastynation Chef’s Career, a new international professional networking and career-support program designed for the members of our organization, with the aim of providing access to employment opportunities in Greece, across Europe, and internationally.
On 18–19 September 2026, in Athens, important meetings and professional contacts took place with partners and agencies active in the placement of professional chefs in Greece and abroad.
Through these collaborations, Tastynation Global is building the necessary infrastructure to enable its members, following application and professional evaluation, to gain access to available career opportunities.
The philosophy of the program is built upon mutual trust and professional reliability.
On one side, we seek to ensure that collaborating businesses provide chefs with the agreed working conditions, remuneration and, where applicable, accommodation, in accordance with the terms established in the relevant employment agreements and contracts.
On the other side, Tastynation Global has a responsibility to recommend professionals whose experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills genuinely correspond to the professional profile presented to our collaborating businesses.
Trust in the chef. Trust in the employer. Reliability for both sides.
Because for Tastynation Global, a member is not simply a name within an international organization.
A member is a gastronomy professional who deserves the opportunity to grow, gain new experiences, discover different professional cultures, showcase their knowledge and culinary heritage, and build their own international career path.
We want our chefs to be recognized not only through titles, events, competitions, and initiatives dedicated to culinary culture.
We want membership in Tastynation Global to also create meaningful professional prospects and opportunities for career advancement.
Tastynation Chef’s Career is designed to become a bridge between talented culinary professionals and the international employment market.
Participation and placement in employment positions will always depend on job availability, the professional qualifications of each applicant, the specific terms of each collaboration, and compliance with the applicable employment, immigration, visa, and other legal requirements of the destination country.

Through this dedicated section, eligible members will be able to submit their application and professional profile, expressing their interest in available career opportunities in Greece, across Europe, and internationally.
Applications will be reviewed according to each member’s professional experience, qualifications and skills, the requirements of available positions, and the applicable legal and employment framework of each destination country.
This new service is being developed for the members of Tastynation Global, further strengthening our commitment to supporting not only their recognition within the international culinary community, but also their professional development, career advancement, and international opportunities.
