Chef Éric to Represent Tastynation Global at the Village International de la Gastronomie in Paris
Chef Éric, President of TASTYNATION GLOBAL France, will participate as an official representative at the prestigious international gastronomic event, the Village International de la Gastronomie, to be held from 10 to 13 September 2026 at the historic Place de la Concorde in Paris.
As part of the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Village International de la Gastronomie and the 70th anniversary of the Paris–Rome twinning (1956–2026), with Italy as the Guest of Honour, Chef Éric will undertake a distinguished threefold mission: as the International Representative of TASTYNATION GLOBAL, as the Executive Chef of the Federation of Gastronomic Brotherhoods of the Regions of France, and as the Chef of the Brotherhood of Camembert.
Together with leading French chefs and historic gastronomic brotherhoods, he will present live culinary demonstrations and gastronomic showcases, promoting the rich culinary traditions of France, its regional products, and its cultural heritage.
His participation is a great honour for TASTYNATION GLOBAL, as he will proudly represent our organization at one of Europe's most important international gastronomic events. Through his presence, he will promote the organization's values, vision, and international mission while further strengthening its global outreach and prestige through collaboration with leading gastronomic institutions and renowned culinary professionals from around the world.
