Syria Celebrates Its Gastronomic Heritage at the Aleppo Pistachio Festival 2026

It is with great pleasure that Tastynation Global welcomes the participation of the leadership and team of Tastynation Global Syria in the Aleppo Pistachio Festival 2026, a special gastronomic and cultural event dedicated to one of the region’s most distinctive products: the renowned Aleppo pistachio.

The festival will take place on 18–19 September 2026, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, at Al-Majidiyeh Market Khan Al-Harir, Aleppo, Syria, following the invitation of the Aleppo Governorate.

Under the central message “A Heritage of Taste… A Future of Opportunities,” the festival brings together local gastronomic heritage, sustainable growth and contemporary culinary creativity, highlighting a product deeply connected to the history, land and gastronomic identity of Aleppo.

Of particular importance to our international family is the active presence of Chef Choukri Kouyoumdji, National President of Tastynation Global Syria, together with the Syrian leadership and team, who continue to promote their country’s rich culinary traditions and connect them with the international vision of Tastynation Global.

The participation of Syria in initiatives such as this reflects exactly what our organization stands for: preserving authenticity, giving a voice to local gastronomic traditions, and building bridges between cultures through food.
